Analysis of Agronomic Drought in a Highly Anthropogenic Context Based on Satellite Monitoring of Vegetation and Soil Moisture

چکیده
This paper aims to analyze agronomic drought in a highly anthropogenic, semiarid region, the western Mediterranean region. The proposed study is based on Moderate-Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) and Advanced SCATterometer (ASCAT) satellite data describing dynamics of vegetation cover soil water content through Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) Soil Water (SWI). Two indices were analyzed: Anomaly (VAI) Moisture (MAI). VAI analyzed as function land deduced from Copernicus map. effect anthropogenic agricultural activities such irrigation estimation index was analyzed. very similar for shrub forest classes. contribution combined with (MAI) new called global (GDI) conduct analysis conditions. implementation this combination different test areas region discussed.
